Gold Silver Reports (GSR) – Granules India Share Price Gains On U.S. FDA Nod Methylergonovine Pills – Shares of the Hyderabad-based pharma company rose as much as 7.55 percent to Rs 104 after its subsidiary got approval for postpartum hemorrhage drug. Granules Pharmaceuiticals Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Granules India, got approval from U.S. drug regulator for its Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) filed for Methylergonovine 0.2 mg Tablets, Granules India said in an exchange filing.
Methylergonovine is a semi—synthetic ergot alkaloid used for the prevention and control of postpartum haemorrhage, the exchange filing added.
