ITC to acquire Sresta Natural Bioproducts for Rs 472.5 crore [18 April 2025]

In a stock exchange filing, ITC said it had signed a share purchase agreement on Thursday to acquire 100% of the share capital of SNBPL, which manufactures products under the ‘24 Mantra Organic’ brand. SNBPL is a pioneer in the domestic organic foods space providing fully integrated ‘Farm to Fork’ traceability and is a leading player in the organic packaged staples category.
