Silver and gold rates gained in Indian markets today, lifted by higher global rates. On MCX, February gold futures rose 0.52% to ₹40,560 per 10 gram, extending gains to the third day. Tracking gold, silver also edged higher.

सोने के साथ ही चांदी के भाव में भी शुक्रवार को गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। चांदी में शुक्रवार को 200 रुपये की गिरावट आई है। इस गिरावट से चांदी का भाव 47,695 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर आ गया है। गौरतलब है कि चांदी गुरुवार को 47,895 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम के भाव पर बंद हुई थी। औद्योगिक इकाइयों और सिक्का कारोबारियों की लिवाली में कमी के चलते चांदी के भाव में यह गिरावट आई है।

ईरान के साथ करीब एक सप्ताह से जारी तनाव के बीच अमेरिका के नरम रुख के कारण विदेशों के साथ स्थानीय बाजार में भी सोने के दाम में जबरदस्त गिरावट देखने को मिली। आज 10 ग्राम सोने का भाव 1,160 रुपये टूटकर 41,170 रुपये पर आ गया। चांदी 1,735 रुपये लुढ़ककर करीब एक सप्ताह के निचले स्तर 47,825 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम पर आ गयी।
