Resolution Professional Submits Bhushan Steel Plant To Tribunal — Bhushan Steel’s resolution professional lawyer Gaurab Banerjee informed NCLT that Tata Steel is the highest bidder for Bhushan’s assets.
The resolution professional added that resolution plan has been approved by 99.8 percent lenders.
