Gold Silver Reports (GSR) – MMTC, State Trading Corporation Surge On Merger Talk — Shares of MMTC surged 10 percent and State Trading Corporation advanced 5 percent after Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu said that mergers of both state-run trading firms is on cards and the matter is under process, news agency Press trust of India reported.
