The Central Board of Secondary Education on Tuesday declared the CBSE 10th result 2018 for more than 16 lakh students on its websites, officials said.

Students can check CBSE 10th result 2018 on the websites of the board: www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in and www.results.nic.in after they are released. They can also check CBSE 10th result 2018 on Google and Microsoft’s search engine, Bing, this year.
CBSE 10th result 2018 date, time: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared CBSE 10th result 2018 or CBSE class 10 result 2018 today i.e. May 29 at around 1:20 PM on its official websites – cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The overall CBSE 10th result pass percentage is 86.70% this year. Girls have done better than boys by 3.35%. They have a pass percentage of 88.67% and boys 85.32%. Prakhar Mittal from DPS Gurgaon, Rimzhim Agarwal from RK Public school Bijnor, Nandini Garg from Scottish Intl school Shamli and Sreelakshmi G from Bhavan Vidyalayas Cochin have secured 499 marks.
This year, more than 131493 students have scored more than 90% marks while 27476 students have secured over 95%. Thiruvananthapuram region has topped with a pass percentage of 99.60% followed by Chennai with 97.37% and Ajmer is third with 91.86% in class 10 board exams.

CBSE 10th result date and time was confirmed by 1the board on Friday. The result was also announced on indiaresults.com and examresults.net. Earlier it was reported that CBSE 10th result would be declared at around 4 PM in the evening. However, the board unexpectedly declared the result at around 1:20 PM.
Big development:
Ahead of CBSE 10th result, the Delhi police sent a list of students to CBSE who allegedly received the leaked class 10 mathematics and class 12 economics question papers, after the board sought it from the crime branch, The police also said that the principal of a school in Bawana whose teachers were arrested for allegedly leaking the papers a few hours before the exam, was not co-operating in the probe.
