यूएन की जनरल एसेंबली में यूक्रेन के विदेश मंत्री दिमित्रो कुलेबा ने कहा कि उनका देश किसी वक्त में परमाणु शक्ति की लिस्ट में दुनिया में तीसरे नंबर पर था. लेकिन वैश्विक शांति के लिए उन्होंने परमाणु हथियारों को त्यागा था. ऐसे में अब दुनिया को परस्पर रूप से उनकी रक्षा करनी चाहिए.
अब यूक्रेन ने किया पलटवार
यूक्रेन की सेना ने दावा किया है कि उसने लुहान्स्क क्षेत्र में पांच रूसी विमानों और एक रूसी हेलीकॉप्टर को मार गिराया गया है। समाचार एजेंस रॉयटर्स ने इसकी जानकारी दी है।
