Gold Silver Reports (GSR) — Frying Pan Ocean cam – 1.9 million are under a hurricane warning Thursday, and more than 1 million were ordered to evacuate. According to the National-Hurricane Center, storm surge of up to 13 feet will be “life threatening.” The biggest concern is for large amounts of rainfall — up to 40 inches in some areas — which could bring “catastrophic flooding.”
