Budget 2020: The MCX future markets will be kept open between 9 am and 5 pm to allow trading. And Stock markets normal hours from 9 am to 3.30 pm to be open on Budget day February 1, 2020, as per the circulars.
The Multi Commodity Exchange’s (MCX) future markets will remain open for trading on February 1, 2020. The Narendra Modi government will be presenting its annual budget on 1st February which is a Saturday. The MCX future markets will remain open between 9 am and 5 pm to allow trading on the same day. Usually, Markets remain close on Saturdays. Also, the Parliament doesn’t work on the day.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be presenting her second full Budget 2020 on 1 February. On 31 January, there could likely be a joint session of parliament to kickstart the Budget Session.
President Ram Nath Kovind will be addressing a joint sitting of both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha in the central hall of Parliament at 11 am on January 31. “The President has summoned the Rajya Sabha to meet on Friday, January 31, 2020, at New Delhi. Subject to exigencies of business, the Session is scheduled to conclude on Friday, April 3, 2020,” according to a communication released by Rajya Sabha secretariat.
BSE, NSE to open for trading on Budget Day 2020
The country’s leading exchanges NSE and BSE said they would open for trading on February 1, Saturday, on account of Union Budget 2020.
nealbhaireports.com had last week quoted a BSE spokesperson saying that BSE was indeed looking to open for trading on the Budget Day this time, and a circular would be out regarding the same within a week.
In 2015, when then Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the Budget on a Saturday, February 01, stock exchanges were open for trading.

नेशनल रेस्टोरेंट एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (NRAI) के मुताबिक, बेंगुलुरु में रेस्तरां खोलने के लिए 36 अप्रूवल की जरूरत होती है। जबकि दिल्ली के लिए 26 और मुंबई के लिए 22 लाइसेंस की जरूरत है। दिल्ली और कोलकाता में रेस्तरां खोलने के लिए “पुलिस इटिंग हाउस लाइसेंस” की जरूरत होती है।
दिल्ली में रेस्तरां शुरू करने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस से 45 डॉक्यूमेंट्स पर क्लियरेंस लेने की जरूरत पड़ती है। दिलचस्प है कि कोई हथियार खरीदने के लिए सिर्फ 19 और फायरवर्क्स के लिए 12 लाइसेंस की जरूरत होती है।
